Medicare Set-Aside proposed to include review of liability insurance

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) just sent an email announcing the possible expansion of voluntary Medicare Set-Aside Arrangements (MSA) to include liability insurance and no-fault insurance. They expect to announce the schedule for town hall meetings later this year.
